Cancellations must be received in writing.

For Flexible Rates, reservations cancelled within 24 hours of 15:00 on the date of arrival will be charged at 100% of the first nights rate.

For Promotional Rates, if you have paid a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit we will not refund this in cases of a cancellation.

We highly recommend that your own suitable travel/holiday insurance is in place at the time of booking. In the case of a no-show you will be charged at 100% of the first nights rate unless you can provide a cancellation reference number. For group cancellations, please see contract.
