Amendments and cancellations can be made 24 hours prior to 3pm on the scheduled day of arrival. Any amendments or cancellations made outside of the specified cancellation period will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night of the stay. This includes non-arrivals or instances where proof of cancellation cannot be provided if requested. Payment for the stay will be taken from the credit or debit card supplied the day prior to commencing your stay. Any credit agreed with the hotel during your stay is payable direct at the hotel upon departure.
